Who we are

This website is run by RegenFarm Limited, trading as Vivid Systems (“Vivid”, “we”, “us”). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 09460440, and our registered office is 3 Birchwood Close, Totnes, Devon, TQ9 5GB. We are the controller of the personal data described here. For any privacy question, email privacy@regenfarm.com.

What we collect

When you register your interest, we collect the details you give us in the form: your first name and surname, role, email address and telephone number, and, if you choose to add them, your business name and Single Business Identifier (SBI) number.

If you email or call us, we keep a record of that correspondence. When you visit the site, our hosting and security providers process basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type so that the pages can be delivered and protected.

Signing in to the Vivid Platform happens on a separate service with its own privacy information. This website does not hold platform accounts.

How we use it, and why we’re allowed to

• To reply to your enquiry and talk to you about using Vivid. We do this because you asked us to, and to take steps before entering into a contract with you.
• To send you occasional updates about the Vivid Platform. We do this in our legitimate interests, or with your consent where the law requires it. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can opt out at any time.
• To keep the website secure and working, and to stop spam form submissions. This is in our legitimate interests.
• To meet our legal obligations, for example keeping business records.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions that affect you.

Who we share it with

We only share your data with service providers who help us run the website and our business, under contracts that require them to protect it:

• Webflow, which hosts this website and stores Register interest form submissions.
• Cloudflare, whose Turnstile service checks that form submissions come from a person rather than a bot.
• Google, which serves the fonts used on this website and so receives your IP address when a page loads.
• Our email and business software providers, when we reply to you and keep records.

We may also share data if the law requires it, or with a buyer if our business is ever sold.

International transfers

Some of these providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is protected by UK adequacy regulations, such as the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer, in which case we keep them for as long as we work together and as the law requires afterwards. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we keep a minimal record so that we respect that request.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or move it to another provider. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email privacy@regenfarm.com and we will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies for analytics or advertising, and we do not track you across other sites. When you submit the Register interest form, Cloudflare Turnstile may use information about your browser and device, solely to tell people and bots apart. If we ever add analytics or other optional cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this statement.

Changes to this statement

We may update this statement from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
